What is a return policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your MEM Creation purchase. You may return unused, non-customized merchandise for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. All items must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging.

Please note: shipping and processing fees are non-refundable, and all returns must be sent freight prepaid. Custom and personalized orders, as well as sale items marked as Final Sale, are not eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and we will provide you with a return authorization code (RMA) along with further instructions.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! MEM Creation offers digital gift cards that make the perfect present for anyone who loves handmade, thoughtfully crafted pieces. You can choose from a range of denominations, and the gift card code will be delivered directly to the recipient’s email — making it a wonderful and effortless gift.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the recipient, they will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Since each item is handmade to order, please allow 3 to 5 business days for creation before shipping. Once your order is ready, standard shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days within the country. International orders may take 10 to 20 business days depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
